A : Habit replacement is the goal. But determining the cue (cause) and reward is key, because we can replace with a better habit that satisfies the cue and offers the same reward. BUT this summary is not enough. Watch this to learn the techniques to accomplish this goal. While listening to him referring to "the science of small wins," I found my mind creating a correlation with that and a concept that I teach, called "appreciate the smallest things." But either way we say this, there is indeed so much power in congratulating ourselves throughout the day for each smallest accomplishment within bigger accomplishments. This is so powerful because it helps us to disconnect ourselves from a stressed based mindset that was developed within us over millions of years of scarcity and survival style living. So please listen carefully to his emphasis on his "science of small wins"
