I have a MentorBox Online Membership. How do I log into the platform and access my content?

You can access the online platform at mentorbox.com/login. You will be able to login with the email and account created for you when you purchased the subscription. You should have received an email with the subject "Create Your Account For MentorBox".

You can recover your account with forgotten password. Be sure to use the email address you made the subscription purchase with. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact support@mentorbox.com.

How do I access the MasterMind Group?

The MasterMind Group is a private Facebook group for all MentorBox members (Online & Physical). To apply for access please fill out the application form. We will then verify your account and invite you to the group.

Can I update my address, credit card information and profile through a self-service portal?

Yes! Just visit your Profile by clicking the image in the top right of the website. From there, you can edit various items associated with your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can contact our friendly support team via email (support@mentorbox.com) or phone (1-888-330-5374) to cancel your subscription.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your box, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can read the full policy here.
