What do I get with a MentorBox membership?

You get access to 1000+ videos and hundreds of audio lessons that are updated regularly, as well a PDF guide for every lesson, to solidify your understanding of key concepts and takeaways. There is also a community of self-starters commenting alongside you in each lesson, encouraging you every step of the way!

How much does MentorBox cost?

MentorBox is $7/month, however we may sometimes offer yearly pricing at a special discount! Either way, your membership will renew at the start of each new cycle, unless you cancel it in your account settings, or if you request to cancel by contacting our support team.

I have a MentorBox Online Membership. How do I log into the platform and access my content?

You can access the online platform at mentorbox.com/login. You will be able to login with the email and account created for you when you purchased the subscription. You should have received an email with the subject "Create Your Account For MentorBox".

You can recover your account with forgotten password. Be sure to use the email address you made the subscription purchase with. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact support@mentorbox.com.

Can I update my address, credit card information and profile through a self-service portal?

Yes! Just visit your Profile by clicking the image in the top right of the website. From there, you can edit various items associated with your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you signed up via the website, you can click 'cancel' on your profile page. If you signed up via the MentorBox app, you can cancel here for iOS and here for Android. You can also contact our friendly support team via email (support@mentorbox.com) or phone (1-888-330-5374) to cancel your subscription.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your box, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can read the full policy here.
